August has been a hectic month for the Lilley family. Our family of six passed around some kind of intense cold for a few weeks in August. On top of that, we have been getting some significant work done on our home and my wife Shepard has launched our new year of homeschooling.
We are all feeling much better now! And despite the craziness, we managed to stayed steady with our weekly content at Presence Pioneers Media and move into a new venue for The Greenhouse (see below). Praise God!

The Greenhouse at Green St. 🌱⛪
Despite the busyness of the month, we managed to launch our new fall schedule here at The Greenhouse, our local community here in eastern NC. Our prayer room is now open four hours each week again, and our Sunday service is now in our new location - what we are affectionately calling “The Greenhouse on Green St”.
Communion Tour & Come to the Table🍞🍷
At the beginning of August, The Greenhouse hosted a night of the Communion Tour with David Bradshaw. It was a beautiful evening of worship, prayer, Scripture, and communion (of course).
David is the founder of Awaken the Dawn, which is mobilizing a nationwide initiative this fall called Come to The Table, where communities across America will gather for extended hours of worship, prayer, Gospel proclamation, communion and fellowship.
Locally, we are incorporating a Come to the Table into our third annual Back to Eden festival on September 25-26, a Christian homesteading and worship festival for eastern North Carolina. We have spent a lot of time this month preparing for Back to Eden. Please pray for God to have His way! And if you’re local, please join us.
